Philosophy On Stage goes Cambridge

This is the first meeting of a new forum for research through art and creativity hosted at CRASSH for researchers working in the field between science and the arts:

RESEARCH THROUGH ART AND CREATIVITY

Friday, 12 October 2012
10:00 – 16:00
Location: CRASSH, Alison Richard Building, SG2
University of Cambridge

The aim of the meeting October 12th is to establish this new forum. The forum will allow researchers to share ideas, and get feedback from peers on ideas and developments of research projects where artistic or creative (re)presentations are used to explore humanistic elements of life.

Philosophy On stage is on the program of the meeting, for more information see Website of CRASSH and the Program of the meeting here.

The Forum will make it possible for researchers from all disciplines to meet at CRASSH three times a year (next meetings: 22 February 2013 and 17 May 2013).

Open to all but please email Dr Charlotte Tulinius (ct419@cam.ac.uk) if you would like to attend or for more information.

The format of the meeting will be plenary presentations with discussion and feedback, and in smaller groups the sharing of projects and ideas, and discussions to describe key issues and ways forward for this forum.

Meeting venue: CRASSH, Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities,
Alison Richard Building, 7 West Road, Cambridge CB3 9DT, UK.
